He always calls for payment at the specified time and he is always very prompt at sending through email notifications and draft adverts for approval. One additional attribute is that is I say ‘No’ to a proposal, Shane accepts the answer and doesn’t try to influence me or change my mind, no hard sell which I appreciate very much.

On initial contact with Shane, he explained who he was and why he was ringing and went on to give full details of the offer for the advertisement. He did speak to David Cooper who managed to negotiate a reduced rate. Once the details were confirmed and payment was made, the advert was installed on the website efficiently. Shane was pleasant and informative without being too pushy therefore that is why we agreed to place the advert. Overall we’re satisfied with the service.
